Hi Scythx and welcome to Discussions,
for creating iPhone app store applications Apple has released the iPhone SDK http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/development_tools/iphonesdk.html
But is is only avaiable/running in OS X, not in Windows.

Yeah there might be an unofficial way by hacking or something but the iphone sdk specifically states you need to be running macosx hence need for mac hardware.

Ummm...no there isn't. Mac OS applications do not and cannot run on Windows.iMac 2.66Ghz, 2.4Ghz MacBook Pro, iPhone 3G, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
