So why did Apple remove the 10% battery warning on iPhone 3.0? Now you only get the 20% warning. Having the 10% warning allows you to work as much as possible to the very last minute before having to charge. Now you have to plug in at 20% since you get zero warning before the battery dies out.
MBP 2.53 GHZ C2D,
Mac OS X (10.5.5),
iPhone 3G, 16GB - 20th Anniversary Mac ( I love this Machine )
I thought this thread was worth bumping again.
I too am experiencing this problem.. Apple tech support suggests that I restore or reset all settings.
I'm sure it's a bug with the OS and not a problem on our end..
Hello everyone. I was hoping that 3.1 would restore the 10% battery warning on my phone. No such luck. Did 3.0 eliminate the 10% battery warning on everyone elses phone? I thought this thread would have generated more discussion so maybe it is a setting that I missed.
The weird thing is that it seems as if the phone shut down when I should see the 10% warning. I simply have to booth it up and I can still use it for several minutes...
