The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13109)

I am not able to sync my iPhone 3G to iTunes. Running iTunes 8.2 and the 3.0 update on my iPhone. Genius is turned off and I tried restarting the phone and iTunes several times.

Any advice?

I don't have a solution, but I have the exact same problem. Same Error number.

Got a solution.

1) Uncheck Sync Music checkbox then Sync your iPhone (this will remove all music from the phone)
2) Re-check it then Sync again to put your music back on the iPhone

This fixed it for me. It seems the sync process was interrupted and links were broken.

this fix didn't work for me. it removed the music, and then sync'd it all back but the same error.

any one with any other ideas?

Same issue for me. I unchecked sync voice memos and was able to sync. When i rechecked sync voice memos, the same issue again.

i had to do a full restore and that fixed the problem for me.
