How to disable Cover Flow?

Hey, just wondering is there some way of disabling cover flow on the IPhone? It's starting to get really annoying? I'm thinking of sending in a suggestion for Apple for the next update...but I can't find the link, can someone help me out? Or if you know of a way to disable it, it's greatly appreciated, please post it. =]
