I already have an Apple ID, and I want to create an iTunes account with it so I can download apps for my iPdo Touch. However, I have no credit/debit card, so it is not letting me create one. I tried following these instructions: http://www.winandmac.com/tips/create-free-itunes-account-no-matter-where-you-liv e-without-using-redeem-code/, but it will only let me select "none" if I want to create a new account, which I don't.

Is there a way of creating an account? At the moment I cannot download any apps.

    Try this -> http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
    Please note that you MUST be in the App store and attempt to get a free App.
    If you do not do this, you will not have the option to create a free account.

    I have already tried that, but as I said I want to use the Apple ID that I already have, and not create a new one, which that does not let me do.

    Yes, but you must create a new iTunes account.

    I do not have another email address, and I cannot create an account with the email I've already used with my Apple ID.

    What is the error message you get when you attempt to create the iTunes Store account with your existing Apple ID? Have you tried just logging into the iTunes Store using your current Apple ID without trying to create a new iTunes Store account? It may work as is and just ask you for billing information (it did for me with an Apple ID I just tested, anyway).

    It says that the email is already in use.

    It says:
    +This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information.+

    I click on the "Review" button and it takes me to the Store sign-up page, but does not give me an option to not attach a credit card to my account.
