I forgot answer to secret question and don't have access to the email

i have an itunes account for my original ipod, but i forgot the password. when i chose the lost password option i realized that i also had forgotten the answer to the secret question. As for the email address, i no longer have access to it. is there any way i could contact a support person w/o paying so i could get this issue resolved? or maybe someone knows of another way to get this fixed? because i still have money on the account i would appreciate any help.
