Collapse all Categories in Numbers '09

I have been using Numbers on large sets of data recently, and one feature that I find particularly useful is to define a category based on any column. However, once a category has been created, there is an option to "Expand all Categories" but no option to "Collapse all Categories".

Is there a workaround to this?
