How about just cloning mail services?

I've looked at using mail forwarding from my domains as a entry in the dns zone from my servers to gmail but the mail is blocked by gmail (relay issue). So at the very least it looks like I will need to build a local server to handle the the email.

I know I will need to get /etc/postifix and var/spool/... what others files/directories would I need to grab to be able to replicate the existing email on a new box?

X server g5, Mac OS X (10.3.x), new target is os x server 10.3 on a imac g4
