No Home Screen, My iPhone 3G stucks on SOS
I recently upgraded from firmware 2.2 to 3.0 using iTunes 8.2. I have a iPhone 3G and I happen to lost its AT&T SIM somewhere, and due to some reasons its not possible for me to get it back.
Before the upgrade, I was using it as iTouch in flight mode, and now I intend to do the same with firmware 3.0 but somehow I'm not able to do that. I tried to restore it, it was successful and it was showing that my version is up to date, but when I turn my phone on, it only shows me the option to dial emergency calls and doesn't take me to the home screen.
Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
