email service provider: mac.com
This is probably the wrong place to look, but I have searched the Internet and also called Apple technical support, and I still am unclear about mac.com
The reason I want to research this email service provider is that I think it may be responsible for the very poor service my friend is getting with her email. I send photographs, video clips and MP3 files all over the world, but this person is the only one who either never gets what I send her, or gets it in a corrupted manner, i.e., no sound, etc.
Does mac.com have anything to do with Apple? Is there anywhere I can look to find more information about it?
