How to easily mute iPhone at night or while I sleep?

I still need calls to come through so muting it won't work. Also, I've read the manual.

I found something while searching around that looks to be perfect. It's called Silent Night. People in other forums say it works great especially when using a dock. I went ahead and ordered one. The price is perfect if it makes it so my iphone doesn't wake me up anymore at night. It's suppose to automatically mute notification sounds when docked but still allow calls and alarms...exactly what I need. I found it here:

If I set messages to none and turn off email then I have to remember turn them back on again in the morning which doesn't always happen. This silent night adapter is suppose to do the trick. Dock it and notifications are muted. Undock it and all the sounds work again.

I got the Silent Night in the mail yesterday afternoon (super fast shipping) and it works great! Definitely worth the money. I'm very happy with it and it's super small. I got several emails last night and not one woke me up. This thing is great. It does exactly what it says and looks awesome in my dock (can't even tell it's there). Thumbs up and recommended if you don't want notifications waking you up at night. When you undock it, all the notifications work again....very convenient for those of us that forget to turn them back on after turning them off in the settings.
