I am not sure if this the correct forum, but I feel this is most appropriate forum to post the following problem.
I am able to register new Apple products through the support site. When I request support I can choose for which registered device I want to have support. When I did, I noticed that there was one product on the list which I do not have in my possession anymore. So I would like to remove this from my list of registered products.But the Apple site does not provide an overview of my registered products or any method to manage my registered Apple products.
I contacted the local Apple support person and he confirmed that it was not possible. He also suggested me to post this issue on this discussion forum. So my request is; is there a method/website I can use to manage my registered Apple products? If no, can Apple make it possible so that registered Apple products can be managed?
Individual items you have the serial number of can have their support coverage reviewed under http://www.apple.com/support/ where it asks you to enter your serial number. Short of that, Applecare directly is your best answer.
