How to open an encrypted Disk Image using Windows

I've created an encrypted Disk Image using Disk Utility on OS 10.5.7 with Format MS-DOS and Master Boot Record Partition Map. I've copied it onto a Stick formatted for MS-DOS (FAT32). Then I connected to Windows XP Machine, but Windows couldn't find an Application to read the File.

What Software do I need on the PC Side (XP and Vista) to open and mount it?
And does it matter if the Stick is formatted in Fat 16 or 32?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

In Windows, most dmg images can be opened using several other programs such as Acute Systems TransMac, HFSExplorer, UltraISO or IsoBuster

As always, The Hatter is spot on. HFSExplorer does claim to work with encrypted DMG files (in their Help file), although I don't have one to test it with. You can download it from the author's web site at: http://hem.bredband.net/catacombae/hfsx.html

Hi all, although I can open encrypted HFS .dmg files with HFSExplorer, it doesn't like the MSDOS FAT32/MBR format as it can't find a handler for the format.
I'd suggest using the HFS format as it can be opened on both OSes or you could look at truecrypt
