trade ipod touch for iphone

i was wondering if i could trade my 32gb 2G ipod touch plus maybe $100 for a 3G(s) 32gb or 16gb iphone nd is it possible to get it unlocked to use any sim card in it instead of plans?

No, you can't trade in devices for other devices at the Apple Store.

If you've had the 8GB Touch for 14 days or less you could return it, less the restocking fee, and use the proceeds to buy the 16GB Touch. If it has been longer than that then no.
