various Internet Tethering tests - 10.4.11, Win XP

Internet Tethering is enabled for Rogers Canada, so I've done a few tests:

* Windows XP with USB and Bluetooth
* Mac OS X 10.4.11 with Bluetooth

I've also discovered a couple things:

* Internet Tethering always uses 3G even if wifi is available
* Internet Tethering data usage is not reported by the General->Usage counter on the phone
