"try citrix receiver"

Yup, but few people will host XenApp or Presentation Server anywhere. (Particularly not at home - with those server prices.)

Speaking of remote desktop, much more people can realistically have hooked up their home computer to the network running either RDP, VNC or LogMeIn Ignition. While they surely are much less convenient than Citrix, you can still make use of them.

Of the RDP / VNC clients (LogMeIn already supports this), I recommend the ones that allow for emulating the scroll wheel (scrolling inside a Web page without having access to the scrollbar with a 2-finger swipe). Currently, only Jaadu VNC and Jaadu RDP are capable of this - not the other RDP / VNC clients.

(I'm in the process of publishing a HUGE roundup of all these clients / solutions.)

Hello,
I'm a total Newbie here, so be gentle!
I am also trying to access a work site that requires Internet Explorer. Prior to finding this discussion thread another person had suggested I look into omni web, which led me to icab for the iPhone...I've installed it, but I'm not having any luck opening the page.
Dose anybody know for certain that this browser "tricks" the site into thinking it's IE? If not, any other suggestions?
Thanks!
