Language for Guest account

Language for Guest account

Hi,

I created a Guess account, and I would like to be able to choose a language for the account, or allow the Guest user to choose the language to use.

Could you please share some advice on how to do this?

After the Guest user logs in, have him open System Preferences -> International. The language can be chosen there. Then control-option-click Finder's Dock icon and select Relaunch. Finder and all other apps that support that language will then display in that language for the rest of that login session.

I don't know of a way to make that a permanent setting. If that's what you need, you might consider setting up a standard non-admin account for your guests to use, instead of having them use the Apple supplied Guest account.
