How to revert to older firmware?

As per topic, Im wondering how to revert to the older firmware manually? I know some of you will start on a lengthy nagging on how easy Apple made it for us, BUT I really dont see any other option at all. I used to have at least 7.4.2 that I updated once I got my TC but even that has gone now. Im left with option to search for the file from my computer and nothing else.

Anyone has anyway to get the older firmware like 7.4.1 or 7.3.2? Many thanks...

Thanks for your prompt reply but sorry to say, I already explained the problem related to it. I dont have anything under the version bar and only have the option to load a firmware from my hdd. You still dont get it huh?

Mod even edited my original comments on Apple hiring idiots for tech support. Like I commented, why dont they(Apple) just made these files for download, just like motherboard firmware. I dont get it BUT I'M FURIOUS WITH A PARALYSED TC. APPLE *****!

Had the mod not alter my original posting, my reason would be clearly stated. Its the same problem that everyone are having which is the drive which become inaccessible from time to time. I dont really feel like restarting the unit once ot twice a day just to get it work. I wish I could refund it but Im not residing in US where the return policy is more consumer friendly.
