Lost Ringtones when Syncing New iPhone 3GS

In the past, I have downloaded several ringtones onto my original iPhone. They are listed in iTunes, and I have checked the Sync Ringtones box. However, they are not showing up on my new 3GS phone after I've sync'd it. Everything else came over without a problem. What can I do to transfer these ringtones? They still work on the original phone.
