Just in case I'm missing it...any way to assign a voice memo to a To-Do in iCal? Seems like if I'm going to record a voice memo, I may want to have a reminder to tell me to listen to what I've recorded.
I'm probably missing this, but if not, would like to see Apple add this to a future OS 3 update.
Here is something you can do... on your computer with the voice memos:
In iCal, drag your to-do item into the calendar to make it an event (by the way, this is the best way to accomplish a "to-do" (sorry, time management class)) once it is an event you can attach files to the events... your voice memos are stored in iTunes in the voice memo folder, simply choose the memo (file) and it is attached to your event... it plays automatically when you click on it in iCal by opening iTunes and playing the memo... pretty cool.... but not helpful for use on the iPhone calendar but will work on the computer.
We made just the app to do this for you. Its called VoCal Free Edition if you would like to download and try it. It works standalone on the iPhone at the moment but we are planning on sync linking it to your calendar.
I personally had the same problem so we got our team together and wrote this app using the technology that is at hand on the iPhone.
