Stolen Ipod licensing question

My ipod was stolen from my car today. I realize Apple can't track it, but do I need to be concerned about the number of ipods my songs can be loaded to? I think you can only have 5 items licensed, correct? So if that is correct...that means I only have room for one more item to license songs?
1. Ipod - Stolen with full library on it.
2. Iphone
3. Shuffle
4. Nano
5. Available
