E-mail add-ons

My wife really likes to use the "Smiley Central" icons in her emails. We are just converting to the IMAC from a PC and I'm not having much luck finding a replacement. Smiley Central wants me to download and use Firefox as my web browser, they say they only support the Firefox browser. I tried that, but the install failed as an "add-on" that Firefox needed wasn't compatible with the version of Firefox I was downloading/installing. Any ideas?? I'm really trying to help her out.

What version of Firefox are you using? 3.5? If so, the plugin might not be updated for that version of Firefox yet. You might try using a previous version of Firefox.

Look for BDAqua's 2nd post. There's a link there you can click on that will download Mac compatible emoticons.

Also, try Google. Just type in Macintosh emoticons in the search field.

Thank you to all who replied!! I was able to download a slightly older version of Firefox, which installed just fine. Added the "Smiley Central" tool bar. My wife is going to use "Hotmail" when she wants to use the emoticons from Smiley for her emails.
