What PCMCIA card in a Dell Laptop running XP will work with Airport Express

I have an old Dell Latitude Pentium 3 with an old Netgear MA-401 wireless PCMCIA wifi card for it that will not connect to my Airport Express home network. It works fine with non-Apple wireless routers.

What card can I get for this PC that will work with Apple's Airport?

not counting work over the years more than 20 Macs and 3 PCs, Mac OS X (10.5.7), iMacs, TiBook. 1st-4th Generation iPods, some iBooks, Newton, parade of peeseez

Thanks Jan. I'd found the references you gave in my past searches. I even got a new card from NetGear. It just will not lock onto the Airport no matter what channel I use. I tried an Express and an Extreme. It locks onto non-Apple wireless fine though. And it mostly can't see the Apple network when I refresh the list. Even with no WEP it won't usually lock on.
