Hi Rino,

Welcome to Apple Discussions!

iSync is standard Mac OS X system software used for syncing contacts, calendars and tasks to many different types of mobile phones - not just Nokia ones. It is made by Apple, not Nokia so is not the Mac version of PC suite.

The fact that it works with hundreds of different phones from many different manufacturers and is completely integrated into Mac OS X means it is somewhat more advanced than Nokia's PC Suite, which obviously only works with Nokia phones.

The number of phones is supports can be infinitely expaned upon (over the default set) by the use of iSync Plugins which are released by many phone manufacturers (including Nokia) and third-party developers.

iSync does not sync any media types such as pictures, movies, music - for that you can either do it manually via USB or Bluetooth or use a different application.

If you have a Nokia phone, you can download *iSync Plugins* and *Nokia Multimedia Transfer* (for transferring music & pictures) from the Mac section of the Nokia web-site:
