itunes kills my sound drivers

i have a problem installing itunes 8.2, itunes works correctly, but it eliminates my external sound card drivers and the program, i have LTB USB headphones wich come with a driver, wich i upgraded to it's vista version, it runs normally with older versions, like itunes 7 and 8, but 8.2 doesn't let me hear using my headphones, y have windows vista 64 bit, and the headphones i'm talking about are this ones http://www.ltbaudio.com/specs/LTB-USB-M.pdf
please help me solve this problem becaus i cannot use my 3.0 ipod touch because it needs itunes 8.2 wich doesn't work with my computer
