Call Manager for Iphone?

Got my GS and have some of the problems listed on this forum, particularly the low signal one.

However, I was wondering..does a call manager-type app exist for the Iphone (un-jailbroken)

I have searched the app store and Google, but can't seem to find anything..which seems like a glaring app omission!

Iphone 32GS, iPhone OS 3.0

I suppose I should have specified that!

On most other call platforms, you can get advanced call managers that allow you to manipulate how the device deals with incoming calls eg approved and unapproved lists, priority ringing even if the phone is silent, the ability to force certain calls directly to voicemail - that sort of thing
