There isn't a way to export them. You just need to go to Tools>Options, and see what the setting for the account are.
You need the mail (or incoming) server, sometimes pop.somecompany.com or mail.somecompany.com
You also need the smtp (or outgoing) server name.
For each, you need to determine what the authentication requirements are: port, ssl, type authentication (password, kerberos, etc).

I don't have outlook available here to figure out what each is called. I will try to remember to check tomorrow and also look for a way to export the settings into a text file so that you can print them out.

Open the Connection Doctor (Window Menu) in Mail and see what it says about contacting the mail server for that account.

Also realize that a POP account normally downloads the email off the server when you collect it. So, if you downloaded it on you work computer, then it is not on the server to retrieve anymore.

My suggestion would be to set up Outlook to leave the email on the server for a period of time (a week maybe) so that you can gather it at home. You need to set up Mail to not download off the server. Mail preferences, Accounts, you account, Advanced, Remove copy from server after retrieving a message.
