Printing in iCal

I like to print 1 or 2 months of iCal per page. The font is too large and some events and scheduled items are not printed at all. The only indication there is soemthing there is three dots. Can the font and its size be changed so that all events can be printed?

Hi Peter,

Welcome to Apple Discussions.

I've never seen this three dot phenomena. You can change the print size (S, M & L) at the bottom of the first print window. You can't change the font. If you want to print 2 per page, you'll have to setup that in the 2nd print window (hit the continue button on the first print window). Select "Layout" from the third popup menu, then 2 pages per sheet.

Thanks for the link, I remember coming across this page, but this topic was not addressed and I did not see a way to contact Apple from this page either. The general support page did not list iCal under applications for support either. The Tiger upgrade is only an issue for me due to existing 3rd party software (PtoTools). Right now I have iCal 1.5.5- is version 3 a download or a purchase? and how can I be sure it will address this issue? ahhhh

So back to square one 😟
