suddenly i cant download any zshare or mediafire anymore on safari ... HELP

i cant download anymore any mp3 files thrue zshare or mediafire , dont know yet if it is the case for all platforms ...
when i try to download , everything works , it is always written "your download has started ..." the new file appear on my desk but then nothin happened ... my safari navigator seems to be very "bright" during few seconds like if something was blocked dunno ... weird ... everything working fine before .
