Which NYC store has the best Genius Bar?

I want to take my 3GS to a genius bar to have the screen looked at and possibly exchanged, due to a pretty strong yellow tint gradient at the bottom. I've read such a huge range of experiences, from rude geniuses who wouldn't even acknowledge a problem, to others who have accommodated multiple exchanges.

Anyone have any NYC experiences to share? Soho & 5th Ave. always seem like madhouses, while 14th St. seems mellower. But how are the Genius Bars? Nice? Smart? Helpful?

Thanks!

Each Genius Bar is different. SoHo and 5th Ave. are always busy and since 5th Ave is open 24 hours, you can guarantee they'll always be busy.

Keep in mind that the Genius' are human too. If you go to see one of them and they're in a bad mood, they may inadvertently take it out on you. Just keep your cool and as long as you maintain your composure, you'll have a better experience. It's the same with any kind of service you would get anywhere. Whether your in a restaurant or at a newspaper stand, smile and be genuine.
