How to delete podcast from ipod touch??

i have got more than 70 episodes of podcast in my ipod touch, but none of them are showing in my i tunes. how do i delete them??

"Delete a podcast: In the Podcasts list in iPod, swipe left or right over the podcast, then
tap Delete. "

Hi,

My problem is once I listen to a podcast and delete it from my touch and then sync it to my Itunes it comes back to my touch. The episode is still in my Itunes podcast folder. What I want and need is to be able to listen, delete and then when it syncs have it delete from the folder on my computer. Do I have to go in every day manually and delete them from my podcast folder on my computer?

in the podcast section in iTunes, at the bottom of the screen is a 'settings' button where you can set it to only keep unplayed podcasts.

Is it possible to delete ALL podcasts in just one action? I mean, not one by one? because I have 1700+ podcasts, and iTunes 8.2.1 can't seem to recognize that my iPod contains it.
