playhead nudge?

This seems like another simple question, but we can't find the answer anywhere.

Is there a way to nudge the playhead with a key stroke?

Mac Book Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

Yes, four ways: rewind or forward *one frame*, or by *division value*, or by 1 bar (. and ,) or 10 bars (shift-. and shift-,).
The first two (frame, division) are by default unassigned keycommands, so you'll have to assign them, but I think you know how to do it.
The 'one frame' command is the smallest nudge value available for the Playhead.
