IncrediMail on the iPhone

I have a friend that uses incrediMail and a windows machine:0 We are trying to get her emails to go to the phone as well as her computer. The are only going to the computer. Can anyone tell me how to set it up? I think it has something to do with leaving a copy of the message on the server, but I don't know were to look for that setting in incrediMail. Also, how to I set up her email and address book to sync? All I see for option in iTunes is outlook and outlook express. I can send a test email to her from my phone and she gets it on her phone and computer, but that is the only one. If someone can help that would be great.
