Clearing artwork

How do you clear the album artwork that itunes assigned to an album when it is not correct. I have tried selecting and clicking clear downloaded artwork does not work. I have also tried deleting the files and readding them to the library itunes just assigns the wrong artwork again. I have also tried dragging the correct artwork in to the artwork space and pasting it in none of these work.
Thanks

When you download art from the store it will be attached to all tracks that iTunes thinks are from the same album. In additon, in many views iTunes will display art if it is attached to any track from an album, even if the currently selected track has no art. "Clear downloaded artwork" only applies to the current track so while it may work for that track, the art may still be displayed because another track on the album has art. Select all the tracks from the album. Get Info., then place a tick against the empty white artwork square and click OK. All art should be removed. You may also use this box to paste in the correct art.
