Q: How to restart bookmarkable file??

I just got shuffle , i tick the Remember payback position and skip when shuffling.

This working well for me when i play my lecture record file.

Problem is sometime i need to restart from beginning again but i have no idea how to do this,

Please advise

Ipod shuffle, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

triple click within 6 seconds. this will keep the bookmark and play the previous song!
