Nike Plus Sensor Kit

Hello,

Does anyone know who I could contact via email at Nike or Apple regarding a sensor I purchased last week. This is my story:

Let me start off saying how much I love Nike+. This got me into running 3 years ago, and I simply can not run with out it. On July 3rd I was reviewing my run data and it looked like my sensor was not accurately reading my run speed. All my runs for the last week were a straight line and not the hills and valleys like they had been. I researched and found the sensor most likely was loosing battery power. I was running the Peachtree Road race the next day in Atlanta and it being my first 10k race I wanted to make sure my equipment was up and running. I REALLY wanted a record of how I was doing so I could compare it to future years. I went over to the local Apple store to ask them about the sensor issue, but they were swamped. I went next door to the Nike store to ask them. They of course stated it was because I was using the 3.0 operating system on my ipod. I tried to explain to them I had been using my 4th gen Ipod nano and it was only in the last week it was happening and there was no software update during that time, that was for the Iphone. This just gave them a blank stare. So I decided to buy a new sensor pack. I went home, calibrated the sensor and made sure it was working by doing a quick jog(something I was not planning on doing as I was resting for the race).

The morning of the race I set up the Ipod and started to run, about 1k in I decided to look down and see how I was doing, it read looking for sensor. It had been linked and was working when the gun went off. It would not read the sensor. I had to unplug it and start over(while running). It started to work again, but then stopped. This happened over and over again, the longest it went was 3k.

I was heart broken to finish the race and not have a record of how I did or where I needed improvement etc.. If it wasn't for the official race time I would have had no exact record of my time, and even now I wonder how I did on some of the hills. It was an awesome race, but there is this cloud over my head now because of this.

I called the apple store about the sensor, and all I got was "the stock in the nike store is not rotated, and that sensor could have sat there for years and been dead." I don't think this is acceptable. I have looked for a customer email address but all I can find is online forms that limit how much you can type.

I am going to the Nike store today to return the defective sensor, but I am sure I will just get a "oh we're sorry" from the people there and a refund and it not be noted further than that. I know Apple cares about consumers and I just wanted to notify them how unhappy I am at the moment.
