How to Remove Ghost Share Points After a Drive Disconnect
I am running 10.5 Server on a Mac Mini with an external FireWire drive. I changed the Share Point location of the Network User Accounts two different times during setup but forgot to shut down the FireWire drive properly before I did this. I now have two ghost Volumes that i can't seem to get rid of. I see these in both Network/Servers as well as the Workgroup Manager available sharepoints for user home folders eg
In Network/Server/ i have
server.example.com/...../New Home Folder Name
server.example.com/...../Old Home Folder Name (no longer exists)
server.local/..../Old Home Folder Name (no longer exists)
In the Account User Home tab of Workgroup Manager I also see an available sharepoint for server.example.com/..../Old Home Folder Name. This share no longer exists.
To clear the ghost share points i have tried rebooting and restarting AFP but they still exist.
Any suggestions to clear these much appreciated.
