I need MAJOR iPhone 3.0 help!

Hi all. Tonight I decided to upgrade to 3.0. Wrong decision! I can not even turn on my phone. When I press the power button, the apple logo comes on for about 5 seconds then the screen goes black. I try and connect to itunes and nothing happens. Any help is welcome!

Please help me.
