Help! iPod touch won't save photos after the 3.0 update!

Omggg
i hve this exact same problem
idk what to do!
I cant save any pictures!!
It shows up on the thumbnail on the saved photos roll and it says the right number but then when i go in to the roll they dont ahow up and it says a different number!
Anyone know what to do?
I use my saved photos every day i need to get this fixed..
Its very important to me
apple needs to fix pictures that what ppl seem to have the most problems with..
Any info u have plz give it anything could help..

Ok, had to chime in with the problem/solution...apparently there is a counter problem in either the 3.0 update or the firmware in general...once your 'Saved Photos' hits 0999.png your images are saved although will be invisible to your ipod...ugh

The solution (until there is a firmware update) is to reset the counter...go grab iphonebrowser 1.91 - http://code.google.com/p/iphonebrowser/downloads/list

Install and run iphonebrowser (with your ipod connected)...under DCIM/.MISC (in the left pane) delete 'info.plist' in the right pane...disconnect and restart your ipod...this should have reset your ipod (image counter) and the next image saved will be 'IMG_0001.png'

WARNING: I had to delete/transfer any images already in 'Saved Folders' prior to applying the fix to get it to work although haven't looked back since!

although i save a lot of photos so ive had to reset the counter twice hah
but at least i can save them at all
i hope apple fixes this soon, or in the next update, its really quite annoying
i wonder if this happens with the new ipod touches that already have 3.0, but i guess not cuz they didnt need an actual update install.

Me neither!!! I'm really sad.. I came here looking for an answer to this. Someone said to get that roll swap. I'm going to try that.
