How to make your IPod work with bluetooth

I just found this on eBay and was wondering if anyone has used one of these and if you have do they work?
It is suppose to make your Ipod have a bluetooth connection. Then I could connect my bluetooth headphones (used for my Omnia cell phone) to it to listen music.
Just wanted to know what you guys thought.
