Cleaning up Disk Space

Please forgive me that I'm not aware of all the Mac features yet... I just made the switch from PC to Mac not all that long ago.

Question: What's the easiest way to clean up disk space from my internal hard drive? I feel like I have some applications I've installed, but not really using, and I'd like to possible remove them. Windows has the Change/Remove Software window, and I'm wondering if there is a Mac equivalent?

Any other suggestions that would help me learn how to minimize the disk space I'm using will help. Muchos Gracias.... or, if you prefer, Thanks!

Hi. For additional information about removing applications from your computer you can visit http://www.tekserve.com/service/mac-faq/memory-and-storage/remove-applications-h ard-drive.php. Be sure that you remove only things that you remember installing yourself. Good luck!
