MacBook - Reverse the Direction of Delete Key

Is there any way to reverse the direction the Delete key works on my MacBook? It only deletes to the left and I'd like it to delete to the right. I know that if I combine it with another key (can't remember which one right now) it'll do that but I'd rather just hit one key and not combine with another. Thanks!
