Hope one of these is what you mean:

+Logic > Preferences > Key Commands+

_Assigning Key Commands to Control Surfaces_
The +Learn New Assignment+ button allows you to assign control surface messages to particular commands—effectively teaching Logic Pro to understand these messages.
To learn a controller assignment:
1 Click the +Learn New Assignment+ button.
2 Select the command in the Command column.
3 Send the desired MIDI message from your controller.

And from the +Logic Pro 8 Control Surfaces Support+ manual (p.35):

_Assigning Controllers to Logic Pro Parameters_
You can assign any controller that is capable of generating a MIDI message to a parameter in Logic Pro. Assigning controllers to Logic Pro parameters lets you use faders, knobs, switches, and other controllers to remotely control Logic Pro functions. These can be used “as is,” or in conjunction with modifier keys.
