If the digital copy was included on the disk, then it would be the problem of the movie studio. You'll need to contact Warner Bros. customer service. If the digital copy was downloaded from the iTunes Store, contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form linked from the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

Well, no. You'd have the moral right, in my opinion anyway. But you wouldn't have the legal right, not in the US (and some other countries). Stupid, I know, but that's US law for you.

There is no digital copy of the "directors edition". All copies DVD or Blu come with the same version of the digital copy.

I see by WB's site that it does indeed only have the theatrical edition as the digital copy; thanks for the info. Strange since the Director's Cut is available as a download from the iTunes Store, but that's WB for you.

The Comic digital copy was Windows Media only. It's unclear what format is used on the Watchmen disk since WB's not yet posted technical info on their site for that movie, but most of their feature films that have digital copy have iTunes/iPod compatible versions.

There is a directors cut on the iTunes store, why wouldn't Warner include this with the directors cut bluray?
