Ical reminders going to wrong phone number

My Ical reminders are going to my son's phone, which was prevously my phone. This happened today and in verifying that he should not have gotten a text it is not even showing a reminder to a phone, but only to email.
There was one reminder set for one day in advance and one four hours in advance, both to me.com addresses. Both were received ok.
I have scrubbed my address book card and the phone number there is correct.
Any suggestions what I might be missing or some way to get this to stop?
