I have started a Twitter account and I would like a app to read and post on my account. Any recommendations on a App?

I agree. TweetDeck is really good.
TwitterFon would be the second best imo

I've been using Tweetdeck on the Mac, and Twitterfon on the iPhone. I even bought Twitterfon Pro (ad-less). Great job to the Mac/iPhone Devs...some of them really have a great vision.
