iTunes trojan: Small.BOG!!

Tried to open iTunes just now and got an AVG Alert telling me that iTunes.dll and iTunesRegistry.dll are infected with "Trojan horse Small.BOG".

I only just used it yesterday without issue.

Anyone had this before? Any ideas?

I just updated AVG manually (24 July, 11pm Mountain Time) and iTunes seems to be working fine now. I click on the iTunes icon on my quick launch after the update and it started like it was installing or updating again, but it just created another shortcut icon on my desktop then promptly opened like normal. Probably, like mentioned many times above, an AVG issue.
