Does the Intel iMac accept the smaller DVD/CD's that often come as software

I cannot find anywhere any info if the Intel iMac's slot loading drive will accept the smaller type of CD/DVD's. I received one of these as a software install CD to transfer data from an LG cell phone vis USB cable.

No, slot load drivers only accept standard size discs.

Fine someone with a tray loading drive and copy it to a standard size disc or go to the LG web site and check for the software there.

Those discs would probably only contain Windows software anyways. The manufacturer would not put Mac OS X software on a disc that most current Mac could not read.

Instead, download the latest version of the software from the manufacturer's web site. I always do that myself, even if the included disc is regular size, because software on those discs is often an older version.
