GarageBand Run on PBG4 Running Tiger?

Can anyone out there tell me if the latest version of GarageBand will run on a PowerBook G4 under Tiger (10.4)? I know the system requirements for the entire iLife suite call for a more capable machine, but I need only SOME of the GarageBand functionality. Basically, all I need to do is apply AU effects to real-time audio. Does anyone know if that much will work on a G4 under 10.4?

if you already have it, give it a try, it either will or won't work well.

if you don't have it, i'd suggest looking on amazon or ebay for a used copy of one of the older version (since your needs are modest, version 1 of GB may suffice, if you can find it)

According to Apple GB '09 requires Leopard.
