I just synced iCal with my iPod after removing mobile me and now I have duplicate calendars on my iPod Touch. How can I remove these calendars? My iPod has one set of calendars that is called "On my iPod Touch" and another set (exactly the same) called "untitled account". I'd like to remove the untitled account and I would like to know if there's something I should change to avoid the duplication in the future. Thanks.

If the calendar still exists in iCal, delete it there and then sync your iPod. That should eliminate the extra calendar(s).

If that doesn't do it, make sure iCal is setup the way you want it and then do the following:
    1. With your iPod recognized by iTunes, click on the Info tab in iTunes.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
    3. Check the box on the application that you want to overwrite data on the iPod
    4. Sync your iPod

That box will not stay checked so you don't need to worry about accidently doing it again.

Thanks for the response. That's what I thought. There is only the one calendar in iCal and I tried the overwiting thing. It didn't work. Any more suggestions?

Doing the Delete in iCal, resync worked on my system. However, if the calendar only was only showing on the touch, then it would not work. I think you are going to have to use Reset (and most likely Erase all Content) to get rid of the calendars. A resync will reload everything.

Thanks. I reset everything on my iPod and then synced it again.
